Joyce Cialdella is the manager of Wonder Maker’s indoor air quality laboratory, where environmental samples are analyzed microscopically for fungal spores and structures, pollen, and particulates. She has a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University in biology and has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical research, working with soil microorganisms. For 8 of those years she was also the curator of the corporate culture collection, which contained over 12,000 organisms, including 4,000 fungal cultures. She is author/co-author of 36 scientific publications and 37 national/international presentations.
